Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of cayenne or Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
2. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
3. Rub olive oil and seasoning mix evenly over the chicken thighs.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
5. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 8–10 minutes.
7. Check that internal temp reaches 165°F.
8. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
