Description

Crispy, crunchy Air Fryer Pasta Chips made with just a handful of ingredients. Perfect for snacking, dipping, or serving at parties!


Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (rigatoni or bowtie, al dente)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Cook pasta to al dente, then drain and let cool for 10–15 minutes.

2. Pat the pasta dry using paper towels.

3. Toss pasta in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.

4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

5. Place pasta in air fryer basket in a single layer.

6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

7. Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the basket. Make in batches if needed.

Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.

Reheat for 1–2 minutes in air fryer if needed.
