Description
Quick, flavorful, and perfectly crispy, these air fryer salmon bites are an easy protein-packed meal that’s ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest or juice
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
2. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
4. Place salmon in a single layer in the basket.
5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Check internal temp (145°F). Remove and serve hot.
Notes
Use skinless salmon for best texture.
Add a sprinkle of cayenne if you like heat.
Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheat in air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
