Ingredients

1 small wheel brie (8 oz)

2 tbsp fig jam or 2 fresh figs, sliced

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves (optional)

Crackers or bread for serving


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a small baking sheet.

2. Place brie on parchment paper.

3. Top with fig jam, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.

4. Bake 15–18 minutes until soft and melted.

5. Cool 5 minutes before serving with crackers.

Notes

Use puff pastry if you want a wrapped version.

Add pecans or almonds for a twist.
