Flaky croissants layered with brie and berries, baked to golden perfection for an easy sweet and savory breakfast.
Ingredients
12 mini croissants
8 oz brie cheese
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted butter
Optional: fresh thyme or mint
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice croissants horizontally but not all the way through.
3. Layer brie slices on the bottom half of each croissant.
4. Add mixed berries and drizzle lightly with honey.
5. Top with croissant lids and brush with melted butter.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and brie begins to melt.
7. Serve warm with extra honey or powdered sugar.
Notes
For a savory twist, add sliced turkey or prosciutto.
To prepare ahead, assemble and refrigerate overnight.
Bake straight from the fridge the next morning.
