Description

Warm Blueberry Peach Crumble with juicy fruit and buttery oat topping for a simple, cozy dessert.


Ingredients

3 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen, thawed)

2 cups blueberries

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Butter an 8×8-inch baking dish.

3. Toss peaches, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl.

4. Pour fruit mixture into baking dish.

5. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

6. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

7. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over fruit.

8. Bake 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbling.

9. Cool 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use cold butter for crisp topping.

Add extra cornstarch if fruit is very juicy.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
