Description

Tender flank steak marinated in a sweet and spicy Cajun honey garlic sauce, grilled to juicy perfection with caramelized edges.


Ingredients

1 ½ lbs flank steak

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Marinate flank steak in mixture for 2–8 hours.

3. Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high.

4. Cook steak 4–5 minutes per side for medium doneness.

5. Brush with marinade in final minute for glaze.

6. Rest 5–10 minutes, slice thinly against the grain.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Slice against the grain for tenderness. Double the marinade for extra sauce.
