Description
Cajun Steak Alfredo Pasta, creamy, spicy pasta tossed with tender steak and rich garlic butter Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk (optional)
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz fettuccine or penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Boil pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat oil and butter in skillet; sear steak 1–2 minutes per side. Remove.
4. Melt butter in skillet; sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Add Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and milk; simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
7. Add pasta and toss to coat; return steak to pan and mix.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smooth sauce.
Add spinach or peppers for color and nutrients.
Increase Cajun seasoning for extra spice.
