Ingredients

6 chicken drumsticks, skin-on

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon baking powder (optional, for extra crisp)

Instructions

1. Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.

2. Toss drumsticks with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.

3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.

4. Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in air fryer basket.

5. Cook for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. Check internal temperature is at least 165°F.

7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket—work in batches if needed.

Use baking powder for crispier skin.
