Description

Creamy chocolate cherry cheesecake truffles with rich filling and smooth chocolate shell.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup cherry preserves or pie filling

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 tsp vanilla extract

10 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

2 oz white chocolate for drizzle (optional)


Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add powdered sugar, cherry preserves, crumbs, and vanilla; mix until thick.

3. Roll into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.

4. Melt dark chocolate in short microwave bursts, stirring between each.

5. Dip chilled truffles in chocolate and place on parchment.

6. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired.

7. Refrigerate until firm, about 15–20 minutes.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.

Chill before dipping for smooth, clean coating.
