Description

Creamy Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits made with layers of Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of melted chocolate. A no-bake breakfast or dessert that feels like a treat yet stays light and balanced.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp dark or milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup granola or crushed graham crackers

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Rinse and slice the strawberries. Pat dry gently.

2. Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short 15-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy.

3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if desired.

4. Layer parfaits in glasses: start with yogurt, then strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola. Repeat the layers.

5. Top with a final spoonful of yogurt and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

6. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors blend.

Notes

Use plain Greek yogurt for tang or vanilla yogurt for extra sweetness.

For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate.

Keep granola separate until ready to serve to maintain crunch.

Best served chilled within 2 days.
