An easy, no-bake Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Dessert Board with fruit, chocolate, and small treats, perfect for Galentine’s Day or relaxed gatherings.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup milk or white chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Assorted small cookies or graham crackers
1/2 cup nuts (almonds or pistachios)
1/2 cup dried fruit (apricots or cranberries)
Mini marshmallows or truffles for garnish
Instructions
1. Rinse and dry strawberries thoroughly.
2. Melt each type of chocolate separately with a bit of coconut oil until smooth.
3. Dip strawberries into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment paper.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
5. Arrange chocolate-covered strawberries on a wooden board.
6. Add cookies, nuts, dried fruit, and marshmallows around the fruit.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor and finish.
Strawberries must be completely dry before dipping.
Store uncovered in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
Serve at room temperature for best texture.
