A no-bake tart with a spiced Biscoff cookie crust and silky dark chocolate ganache, perfect for Christmas.

Ingredients

2 cups Biscoff cookies, crushed

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz dark chocolate (60-70%), chopped

1 cup heavy cream

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: gold sprinkles, crushed candy canes, Biscoff drizzle

Instructions

1. Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.

2. Press crust mixture into a tart pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

3. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.

4. Pour cream over chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.

5. Stir gently until smooth and glossy; add a pinch of salt.

6. Pour ganache into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

8. Decorate with desired toppings and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Use a tart pan with a removable bottom for easy release.

For added depth, mix in 1 tsp of espresso powder to the ganache.
