Description

Crispy golden Crab Rangoon Bombs filled with creamy crab and cheese, easy to make, perfect for parties or air frying.


Ingredients

6 oz crab meat (fresh or imitation), chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 green onions, finely sliced

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp garlic powder

20 wonton or egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying (or spray for air fryer)

Sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo, for serving


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until creamy.

2. Place 1 tbsp filling in center of wrapper; fold edges and twist to seal.

3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

4. Fry 2–3 minutes or air fry 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.

5. Cool slightly, then serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Use imitation crab if desired.

Make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Reheat in oven or air fryer to keep crispy.
