Description
Smooth, creamy Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Mousse layered with hazelnut spread, whipped cream, and crushed truffles, an elegant dessert ready in minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp Nutella or hazelnut spread
4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk chocolate shavings
Extra Ferrero Rocher halves for topping
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips and Nutella together until smooth. Cool slightly.
2. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream until blended.
4. Add crushed Ferrero Rocher pieces and fold lightly.
5. Spoon mousse into serving bowls.
6. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
7. Garnish with chocolate shavings and Ferrero Rocher halves before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Can be made a day ahead. Add extra crushed hazelnuts for crunch.
