Description

Garlic Steak Tortellini Skillet, tender steak bites and cheese tortellini in a creamy garlic butter sauce, all made in one pan.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth

½ tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. Add butter and garlic to skillet; cook 30 seconds.

4. Stir in cream, broth, and seasoning. Simmer gently.

5. Add tortellini; cook 4–5 minutes until tender.

6. Return steak to skillet; stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy.

7. Top with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh tortellini for best texture.

Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for a pop of color.

Replace half the cream with milk for a lighter version.
