Ingredients
1 salmon fillet
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 large carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries, toss with half the olive oil, paprika, and salt.
3. Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
4. Season salmon with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. After sweet potatoes are done, air fry salmon for 8–10 minutes.
6. Peel and cut carrots into sticks, toss with remaining oil and salt, air fry for 10 minutes.
7. Plate salmon, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
Use avocado oil for a higher smoke point if preferred.
