Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional for serving)
Instructions
1. Preheat your heart-shaped mini waffle maker and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined (small lumps are fine).
5. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each section of the waffle maker. Cook 3–4 minutes, until golden and crisp.
6. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
7. Serve the waffles topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
