Sweet, spicy, and savory Hot Honey Feta Chicken baked to golden perfection, an easy 30-minute dinner packed with bold flavor.
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp hot sauce or chili flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish.
2. Mix honey, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in dish, and brush with half the honey mixture.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove dish, top with remaining honey mixture and crumbled feta.
6. Bake another 10 minutes until golden and feta softens.
7. Garnish with herbs and drizzle with remaining sauce.
Notes
Adjust heat by adding more or less chili.
Pairs perfectly with roasted veggies or rice.
Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
Leftovers stay tender up to 3 days.
