Ingredients
**Crust Layer**
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
**Strawberry Topping**
1/2 cup strawberry jam or puree
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries (optional for texture)
Instructions
1. Mix graham crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.
2. Spoon mixture into small clear cups and press down to form crust.
3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then beat until combined.
5. Fold in whipped topping gently until fluffy and smooth.
6. Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling on top of graham crust in each cup.
7. Top each cup with strawberry jam, puree, or a combo with fresh diced berries.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours until set and creamy.
