Description

Bright, creamy orange creamsicle truffles with smooth white chocolate coating and a burst of citrus flavor.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp orange zest

1 tbsp fresh orange juice

White chocolate or candy melts for coating

Optional: orange food coloring for decoration


Instructions

1. Melt white chocolate chips in short microwave bursts until smooth.

2. Beat cream cheese until soft; add zest, juice, vanilla, and food coloring if using.

3. Mix melted chocolate into cream cheese until fully blended.

4. Add powdered sugar and mix until thickened.

5. Chill mixture 30 minutes, then roll into balls.

6. Melt coating chocolate and dip each truffle until covered.

7. Place on parchment and drizzle with orange-tinted chocolate.

8. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until firm.

Notes

Use fresh orange zest for strong flavor.

Chill before dipping to keep shape.

Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
