Description
Golden oven-baked feta rolls wrapped in crisp filo and drizzled with sweet-spicy chili honey. No deep frying—just big flavor and bold texture.
Ingredients
6 sheets filo dough
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter or olive oil, melted
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tsp chili flakes or 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mash feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
3. Cut filo sheets into thirds lengthwise. Keep covered with damp towel.
4. Add a spoonful of filling to one end of each strip. Roll up, tucking sides.
5. Brush all sides with melted butter or oil. Place seam-side down.
6. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. Warm honey with chili flakes or hot sauce in small pan.
8. Drizzle warm chili honey over rolls and serve.
Notes
Freeze unbaked rolls for later—just bake a few minutes longer.
Chili honey lasts weeks in a jar. Try it on pizza or chicken too.
