Description
Classic Rice Krispie Treats dipped in pink chocolate and topped with sprinkles, an easy no-bake dessert for Valentine’s or parties.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
4 tbsp butter
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups pink candy melts or white chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
2. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
3. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
5. Press mixture into prepared pan and cool for 20–30 minutes.
6. Cut into squares or heart shapes.
7. Melt pink candy melts and dip each treat halfway.
8. Add sprinkles and let chocolate set before serving.
Notes
For a lighter pink, mix white and pink candy melts.
Avoid pressing too firmly into the pan for soft, chewy texture.
Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
