Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies layered with pistachio butter and Ferrero Rocher pieces for a luxurious dessert experience.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
2 tbsp pistachio butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt; stir to combine.
5. Fold in pistachios, Ferrero Rocher pieces, and chocolate chips.
6. Pour half the batter into pan, add dollops of pistachio butter, then top with remaining batter.
7. Bake 22–25 minutes, until edges set but center is soft.
8. Cool, drizzle with melted chocolate, and top with more pistachios.
Notes
Store in an airtight container up to 4 days. Add sea salt or ice cream for an elevated dessert.
