A festive salad of creamy burrata, juicy pomegranate, and balsamic glaze, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
2 balls fresh burrata
4 cups arugula or baby spinach
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup candied pecans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and dry greens.
2. Spread greens across a platter.
3. Place burrata evenly across the greens.
4. Scatter pomegranate seeds and nuts over the top.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Notes
Add sliced pears for extra sweetness.
Swap burrata for mozzarella or goat cheese if needed.
Assemble just before serving for best freshness.
