Ingredients
2 cups red velvet cake crumbs
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz white or dark chocolate, melted
Red velvet crumbs or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
1. Crumble red velvet cake into fine crumbs.
2. Add cream cheese and vanilla; mix until smooth.
3. Roll mixture into small balls and chill 30 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate in short microwave bursts, stirring between each.
5. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment.
6. Sprinkle red crumbs or decorations before coating sets.
7. Chill until chocolate firms, then serve or package.
Notes
