Description

A delicate and creamy Rose Latte made with milk, honey, and rose petals. Perfect for Galentine’s Day brunch or a cozy morning treat at home.

Ingredients

1 cup milk (dairy or oat milk)

1 tsp dried culinary rose petals or 1 tbsp rose syrup

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee (optional)

Dried rose petals for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Warm milk gently in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

2. If using rose petals, add them to the milk and steep for 5 minutes. Strain before continuing.

3. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until smooth.

4. If using espresso, pour it into a mug first, then add rose milk on top.

5. Garnish with a few dried rose petals and serve warm.

Notes

Use only food-grade rose petals or syrup.

Oat milk froths best for plant-based options.

For iced rose latte, let the milk cool and pour over ice.

Store extra rose milk in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
