Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup smoked salmon (diced)

  • ½ cup spinach (chopped)

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tray.

  • Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.

  • Stir in salmon, spinach, and cheese.

  • Pour into muffin cups and bake for 15–18 minutes.

 

  • Let cool and store in fridge.
