Description
Creamy Alfredo linguine tossed with juicy steak and sautéed mushrooms. A comforting, 30-minute dinner with rich, buttery flavor and restaurant-style texture.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
12 oz linguine
1 tbsp salt for boiling water
Instructions
1. Boil linguine until al dente; reserve pasta water.
2. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side; rest, then slice.
3. Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden; set aside.
4. In same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and pour in cream.
5. Whisk in Parmesan and seasoning until smooth.
6. Add pasta, steak, and mushrooms; toss and serve.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best texture.
Reheat gently with a splash of milk.
Add spinach or parsley for extra color.
