Bright and refreshing Strawberry Mimosa Brunch Punch with an easy non-alcoholic option.
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
2 cups sparkling water or prosecco
Fresh mint leaves
Ice or frozen strawberries
Instructions
1. Blend strawberries with a splash of orange juice.
2. Mix remaining juices in a large pitcher.
3. Sweeten with honey if desired.
4. Add sparkling water or prosecco before serving.
5. Garnish with mint and sliced strawberries.
Notes
Make ahead by mixing juices; add sparkling liquid before serving. Use frozen strawberries instead of ice.
