Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional toppings: butter, cinnamon sugar, chives, sour cream
Instructions
1. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes thoroughly.
2. Pat dry and poke holes all over with a fork.
3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.
5. Place sweet potatoes in basket, leaving space between them.
6. Cook 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
7. Slice open, fluff with fork, and add toppings.
