Description
Sweet, spicy, and cheesy, jalapeños stuffed with brie and blueberry jam for the perfect party appetizer.
Ingredients
8 medium jalapeños, halved and seeded
4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup blueberry jam
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
3. Place a piece of brie in each pepper half.
4. Top with 1/2 tsp blueberry jam.
5. Season lightly with salt and pepper; drizzle with honey if desired.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes (or air fry 7–9 minutes) until cheese is bubbly.
7. Garnish with thyme or basil and serve warm.
Notes
For milder flavor, use mini sweet peppers instead of jalapeños.
Try fig or raspberry jam for variations.
Make ahead and bake right before serving.
