Description

No-bake chocolate coconut bliss balls with a creamy chocolate center and toasted coconut coating, soft, rich, and perfectly indulgent.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate (for filling)

1 cup shredded coconut (for coating)


Instructions

1. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil for the filling; chill until scoopable.

2. Toast shredded coconut at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 minutes.

3. Mix oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until combined.

4. Scoop dough, flatten, and add a small spoon of chocolate filling inside.

5. Roll to seal and coat in toasted coconut.

6. Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For vegan version, use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate.

Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Add espresso powder for mocha flavor.
