Description
Bite-sized cordon bleu made with crispy chicken, smoky ham, and melty Swiss cheese. Air fryer and oven-friendly. Built for snacking, built to impress.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
4 slices ham, chopped or sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into small squares
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray or olive oil
Dijon or honey mustard for dipping
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks.
2. Top each with ham and cheese; secure with toothpick if needed.
3. Set up breading station: flour, eggs, seasoned breadcrumbs.
4. Dip each bite in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
5. Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes OR bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes.
6. Flip halfway and spray lightly with oil for max crisp.
7. Serve hot with mustard-based dip.
Notes
Freeze unbaked bites and cook from frozen, just add 3–5 mins.
Use chicken thighs for juicier bites.
Add paprika, parmesan, or herbs to breadcrumb mix.
Best served hot but still hits at room temp.
