Soft Medjool dates stuffed with cream cheese, topped with cranberries and pecans for a creamy, festive bite.
Ingredients
12 Medjool dates, pitted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits, leaving one side intact.
2. In a small bowl, soften cream cheese until smooth.
3. Fill each date with cream cheese using a spoon or piping bag.
4. Top with chopped pecans and a piece of dried cranberry.
5. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for easy filling.
Toast pecans lightly for best flavor.
Goat cheese can be substituted for tangier flavor.
