Description
Mini pizzas topped with creamy Brie, tart cranberries, walnuts, and a drizzle of hot honey, sweet, savory, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
8 mini pizza crusts or naan rounds
4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/4 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Brush crusts with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
3. Top each with slices of Brie, cranberries, and walnuts.
4. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbling.
5. Mix honey and chili flakes to make hot honey.
6. Drizzle hot honey over pizzas, garnish with thyme, and serve warm.
Notes
Use puff pastry for flakier crust.
Add pear slices or prosciutto for variation.
Adjust spice level by changing chili amount.
