Description

Mini tater tot cheeseburgers stacked with juicy beef, melted cheddar, and pickles. Crispy, poppable, and perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

1 bag frozen tater tots

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares

Pickle slices (cut small)

Ketchup + mustard

Toothpicks for stacking


Instructions

1. Bake tater tots according to package until extra crispy.

2. Mix beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties.

3. Pan-fry or grill patties 2–3 mins per side. Add cheese and let melt.

4. Top one tot with patty, cheese, pickle, and a dot of ketchup/mustard.

5. Add second tot on top and skewer with toothpick to hold.

6. Serve immediately or warm.

Notes

Make patties and bake tots ahead. Assemble fresh.
