Description
Sushi-inspired wonton cones filled with spicy salmon, creamy avocado, and crunchy cucumber. Baked, not rolled. Party-perfect and flavor-loaded.
Ingredients
12 wonton wrappers
1 cup cooked or sushi-grade salmon, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/3 cup cucumber, julienned
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1–2 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap wonton wrappers around cone molds or foil cones. Spray with oil and bake 6–8 mins until golden.
2. Mix diced salmon with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
3. Whisk mayo and sriracha to make spicy mayo.
4. Dice avocado and julienne cucumber.
5. Fill each cone with salmon, avocado, and cucumber.
6. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
7. Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
8. Serve immediately for max crunch.
Notes
Use cooked salmon or crab for a no-raw version.
Prep cones and filling ahead; assemble fresh.
Sub spicy tuna, shrimp, or tofu as you like.
Make cones gluten-free using GF wrappers + tamari.
